Where should I park for my appointment?

Parking LotsA public parking lot is located behind the building at The Square, near the corner Leedom Street and Greenwood Avenue. The lot is next to Jenkintown Town Square, which features the large gazebo. There is another public parking lot located across Greenwood Avenue, next to the fire station.Both parking lots offer paid parking through the ParkMobile app. We recommend downloading the app on your phone before your appointment so you can park and pay without any delays. Street ParkingMetered street parking is also available throughout the surrounding area. Please allow yourself a few extra minutes to park before and after your appointment on time. DNA Skin & Wellness LLC is not responsible for any parking tickets accrued before, during or after your visit.

How do I enter the building?

Entrance is through the back of the building to the left of Marzano Restaurant (Please note that first time guests will be greeted at this door by Desiree). Use the call box to find the suite number and dial. DNA will buzz you in. Take the stairs or elevator to the 2nd floor and follow the wall signage to Suite 210 down the hallway and past the restrooms.

What is your Late Arrival Policy?

Your time is important to us, and we want every guest to receive the full, relaxing experience they’ve reserved. We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, depending on the schedule and appointments following yours, your service may need to be shortened to ensure we remain respectful of our other clients’ reserved time.Please note that you will still be charged the full amount of the service originally booked, even if your treatment time must be shortened due to a late arrival.We truly appreciate your understanding and consideration. Arriving a few minutes early allows you to settle in, take a breath, and fully enjoy your time at DNA Skin & Wellness.

What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?

We understand that life happens and plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This gives us the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another guest.Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.No-ShowsAppointments that are missed without notice are considered a no-show will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. Future appointments may require payment in full at the time of booking.DepositsA deposit may be required to reserve your appointment. Desiree is of Muscogee (Creek) and Yuchi descent and is a proud citizen of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation, a federally recognized tribe based in Oklahoma.
